Thanks man, appreciate it. I thought about the loading times too, I know a lot of people don't like gif's slowing their pages down and stuff.

I like making them too, but lately I've been uninspired. I keep meaning to make a bad ass JMM one...but I can't bring myself to open photoshop right now, lol..

Also, part of the reason I like yours so much is cuz' they don't have gifs. Your style already has a lot of elements to keep the eye moving and a gif would just overcrowd them and make them too busy.

Haha during school I felt the same way. I felt like my creativity was drying up from the pressure of the other students in my graphic design class.
