Mikey has lost way too much money in the last couple years to just be a Haymon/"free agent" fighter. He might as well take the most lucrative deal that he can get, which would include a signing bonus.

He's had money concerns so PBC is where you get the money. As long as they keep things moving & improve there shortcomings anyway.

I think it would be a bad move if he signed with TMT. He doesn't need TMT, TMT needs him.

It's a no brainer that he's going to join Haymon, so why should he join TMT and have two company's reaching into his pocket. Sign with Haymon and get paid while fighting nobodies. There is no reason signing with Mayweather as that is just another hand taking his money. What can Mayweather do for him that Haymon can't? No other Haymon guy is under mayweathers banner. So why would Mikey want to do that? It doesn't benefit him.

mikey better ask for a 20 million dollar isgning bonus and 10 mil a fight gurantee.

other wise he gonna make pennies.

                  why?

I could see Mikey bringing Haymon into the fold, but that extra step doesn't make sense:

-Mikey Garcia, at all of 28 years of age, is already 34-0, is a former world champion, and generally seen as one of the most talented fighters in the sport.

-Mikey Garcia is a Southern California-based Mexican fighter (who can interview in both Spanish and English), with Citizens Bank Arena (9k-seater in Oxnard), StubHub Center(9k-seater in Carson), and the Honda Center(18k-seater in Anaheim) all nearby (for fans to come see him from).

Mikey needs to do everything he can, to make sure that he gets opportunities to be on TV, but what sense would it make to move his base to Las Vegas when he could potentially be another massive star in SoCal?

If you sign with TMT, are you automatically on the PBC roster?
