pill ups or chin ups

    Alright guys, here's the skinny on pull-ups and chin-ups. The reason the over hand grip is harder is because when the hand is pronated(palms facing away from you) you reduce the use of your biceps. But you increase the use of you braciiradialus. Thats the muscle that connects from your forearm and originates under the bicep. Body builders train this muscle to give their bicep a more full look, since it will grow and push out the bicep. My advice to everyone is always start with your hands pronated and finish with chin-ups.

      i just do clean and jerks explosively ,1 set of 225 10 reps then immediately i move to the medicine ball,toss it straight up and catch it with hands straight up 25 times, done with shoulders

      i hate pullups because it's hard to do em explosively..feels like they slow me down whereas when you got chalk/powder and a bar you can be very explosive and it makes you stronger with the olympic lifts imo.
