Its Jerry Rice. Emmit wouldnt exist if it wasnt for that O-Line he had. They did everything for him.

Jerry Rice had an amazing career ... so did emmitt ... but i give the nod to Jerry Rice so good for 20 years

Emmitt is getting dogged in this thread though. The guy is one of the greatest football players in the history of the game. You don't score 160+ tds and rush for over 18,000 yards simply because you're a product of the great teams you were on. All-American college player, All-Pro NFL player, Emmitt was a beast.

I'd say Rice but you guys just don't like Dallas on the whole to give Emmitt no credit. The guy was consistent year in and year out a true workhorse, yes Barry was better but Emmitt's offensive line did not do all the work for him, half the time they were so big he ended up running into his own linemen defore he could make it through the hole.
I'll agree that Jerry was the better of the 2 but it's like comparing apples and orages, wr to rbs but you can't really say emmitt was a joke with no skills, longevity, durability, and consistency for a LONG time
