Im not saying they are all dead against it, of course some want to be the guys the crack it, but where the big money and resources are, I believe it suits an agenda to keep things the way they are.

This is not a "maybe", this is pretty much a fact. Lack of education, lack of available condoms and a deeply religious region mean birth control takes a back seat

I know this. Someone always wants to be the smart arse. The cure will come, if it's not already there. I just don't believe it's at the forefront of the people with the money and resources and who make more money from drugs then a one off cure
