    5 usually.

That includes going to my gym 3 times a week and then 2 sessions by myself. My own sessions include running, or skipping, bag work, some mild weights (more fitness weights if that makes sense? Low-ish weight, 10 x 3, just to keep them feeling strong rather than to really build them) and then an abs session covering all 3 areas of your abs. Usually covering Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I take Sunday off to get me recovered for the week (except tonight, I missed doing anything Friday so i'm off to do some stuff soonish), and Tuesday off.

I train about 6 days a week with saturday being my heavy run day.my work out schedule breaks down like this

monday: Boxing gym (this is our sparring day, run a mile, spar, jump rope 3 rounds w/ no breaks )
tuesday: weightlifting (Jump rope for 30 minutes to warm up, 3 rounds shadow boxing, leg workouts, run for last 30 minutes)
wednsday: Boxing gym(light instruction day, run a mile, do some sort of drills, more leg workouts)
thursday: weightlifting (jump rope 30 minutes, do some core excercises, ab workout, rows on the row machine, some chest excercises, run for the last 30 minutes)
friday: Depends on how I feel (If im exhausted and overtrained I'll just take the day off, otherwise I'll go into the gym and do some heavybag work and some other basic drills to try to sharpen up my skills)
Saturday: Morning runs (one week we'll do a 3 mile interval, then the next week we'll do sprints, and stair runs after whatever run we do)

So baiscally I'll train 5-6 days depending on how my body is feeling, I know it's not the best workout routine but I just started at the end of May so if anyone can give me some advice I'll be happy to hear it

        Train Five Days a week:

Stationary Bike Trainer - 25 minutes
        7 - 10 rounds Heavy Bag
        15 Minutes Double-End bag
        15 minutes Slip Ball w\5 & 10lb hand weights
        15 minutes ducking rope w\5 & 10lb hand weights
-- Speedbag platform drum is cracked ... so no rotation until I can get the wall fixed and get another drum.

        Sat & Sun.
45 Minutes per day with Free Weights

Depending on what I have to do over the weekend ... I might skip exercising one or both days ... but Mon - Fri. is written in stone.

6 days a week, i do take it easy on wednesdays though. So 5 and a half would be more correct.
