pac would prolly win in a firefight but valero was not just a crude brawler. in his fight against a demarco he showed he had skills. shame what happened to him and we cant see more of him.

I honestly can't fathom why people were already talking about Valero-Pacquiao when he didn't have any big names on his resume yet. After he beat DeMarco in his last fight, things got really out of control.

Pacquiao is sharper, proven to be more powerful at bigger weight classes, better speed, better combinations...much better in everything Valero does.

To judge this fight all you have to do is watch the Valero vs Mosquera fight. How many level above do you think Pacman is than Mosquera? Yet Mosquera fighting a stupid plan knocked his ass down and it took Valero 10 hard rounds to finally win.

Valero had power but nothing else. Woulda been one of those one sided, yet still entertaining kinda fights. Never saw Valero knocking Pac out; he's faster and takes a good shot. Pac woulda beat him up and finished him late. I was looking forward to this one at 135 two years ago. Too bad about what happened with Valero and his wife.

It took Valero in about 10 rounds landing at will his powershot to finally stop Mosquera and Pacquiao is more tougher than him. Pacquiao will not be there recieving those shots and once he down he may not hear the bell rings.
