    Who's offering it?

    It doesn't say.

    Not credible without a source.

nah, i just know that whenever a story appears on fight hype by ben thompson with his usual unnamed sources, it's going to be b.s.

He had everyone going a few months ago when 'sources' let him know that pac-floyd was a few days from being announced and everything was signed, sealed, delivered. Might have been around the time floyd's camp came out and denied negotiations happened and ross greenburg came through and crushed their building. He also had some more b.s. Stories with the same outcome.

Moral of the story is ben thompson is a floyd apologist and he sees jr taking a beating on forums for turning down 65 mil so he fabricated this story with unnamed sources as usual.

The last line of the article, states that Manny would have accepted $65 million .... so the assumption would be that Manny would accept $75 million too ..... it kind of makes sense to me.

Well, it would have been a story IF FightHype would have gotten a hold of Floyd and Floyd would have responded with "I accept".

On top of that, both fighters have been guaranteed $25 million the minute they sign the contract. "We have a $25 million cashier's check ready for them as soon as they sign the contract. We're going to give each fighter $25 million in advance just to sign," stated one source, who contacted FightHype.com over the weekend with the news. Pacquiao won't be passing this up guaranteed. This story is getting a bit ahead of itself as Arum has yet to confirm the offer- according to Michael Marley.

Alvarez will stand and fight and the Pacman will f$$k him up- that Canelo boy got no head movement.

how many times does ben thompson have to make up stories with unnamed sources before people catch on? This is the same guy whose 'source' told him that pac-floyd was signed, sealed, delievered and was on the verge of being announced. He has a bunch of other articles over there that were clearly made up b.s. This one can be added to the list.

He's just a floyd apologist who fabricates articles to try to make him look better, probably brewed this up after seeing his boy take a beating on msg boards like this one for turning down actual offers.

Someone should contact him and get a copy of those offer sheets from the unnamed sources and unknown money men. Like anyone with 150 mil to throw away would call ben thompson about it

The vagueness in this story is unreal

Sounds like one of those "i heard from a reliable source" threads you'd find on NSB

The strangest thing about that article is that the title is asking as if Manny may refuse this offer but then the last line of the article it stated that Manny would even have accepted the $65 million offer.

This article appears to try to turn the pressure off of Floyd and onto Manny (as per the title of the article) ...... but wasn't really successful since it never stated that Floyd had accepted the offer ..... plus due to what I stated above (ie. Manny was willing to accept even $65million)!
