You're seriously sleeping on Jaime. I'm a Targ loyalist to an extent, but he honestly became probably my favorite character, and I feel like many would say the same who've read through Book 4.

Everytime a dothraki loses a fight, they cut their braids. Drogo has never had his braids cut and has the longest hair out of all the dothraki.

Considering Drogo would not wear armor and Jamie would be in heavy mail, Jamie would win. The longsword is a more effective weapon and Jamie is faster, and likely to draw first blood. Drogo would not be able to take the punishment in a one on one duel without any armor.
