People in here are ******ed.
First of all, this is a Glute Ham Raise.
It targets the Hamstrings, Glutes and the lower to back to a very small degree. It's a very good strength exercise. Especially for improving your squat and deadlift.
If you want to strengthen your lower back, you are better off using a hyperextension board.
Plus the guy in the video is a ****** as well. He's not even doing it right.
