Hello, i want to gain atleast 5 pounds muscle in 6 months time. But i need to do this in a healthy way so i gain muscle with minimum amount of fat with it.
So anyone got tips how, when and what to eat that doesnt contain meat (im vegetarian, milk and eggs are ok for me), and that wont drain my wallet fast.
