Personally, I take triple strenght fish oil once a day. Mega man Sport, twice a day. Vitamin C 1000, twice a day, and Flax Seed Oil 1000, three times a day. You can find all of these and other vitamins at your local GNC or health food provider.

Take with food if you can.

Bumping this thread because alot of people are interested in supplementation and this is a really good site, great information and explanations from someone who is reputable, rather than trying to sell you their product.

3 times daily? Freaking jeez I dont have that kind of time. I take all my food by straight syringe and snort my protein.

My record for time spent eating all my calories in one day was 19 seconds
