For the most part i dont eat right and dont plan on it. I rarely eat fast food. I make everything myself, i just eat a lot.
Normal day
Breakfast- Frosted miniwheats 3 servings more or less with 2 percent milk.
lunch 4 eggs 2 whole grain wheat bread with two pieces of turkey sausage or bacon
dinner i usually grill some kind of steaks or pork eat a side or rice or corn or maybe baked beans. Sometimes leg quarters or breast
