Klitschko has been a great champion beating guys like Lepai and Pulev but he wouldn't have faired well in the 90's he would not have been taken seriously.
He would have got to about 19-0 before having his first real test against a guy like Tucker. Klitschko would have done well before getting stopped in the 11th. Klitschko would have had a few tune ups before facing Bonecrusher Smith, where Klitschko gets knocked out badly in the second round. Klitschko would have disappeared for two years then comes back with a string of decent wins. Gets a title shot against that most observers think he doesn't quite deserve. His title shot is against Riddick Bowe and Klitschko gets knocked out badly in the fourth round. He retires. Makes one more comeback but his confidence is shot and ends up being stopped by a journey man. Klitschko retires with a record of 28-4

The fact that you think Leapai and Pulev are equivalents says it all. Dig a hole and lay it gramps, you're outdated. Yeah Bonescrusher Smith is a real legend, lol.

The same Tony Tucker that was stopped by world beater Johnny Ruiz? Laughable.

Your man Bowe was retired punch drunk by Andrew Golota, a guy not close to Klitschko in style or power, but a marker for what was to come from the east.

I like to refrain from using that word but he definitely looked like pure garbage. What was he even doing squaring up like that, exposing both sides of his face? Not even Khan fights that stupid!

Bruno was tough as ****. There's no doubt in my mind that Bruno would've KO'd Wlad.

                  HW division isn't trash.

It's better than a lot of divisions that are getting praised.

The Bowe that beat Holyfield would have knocked Klitschko out cold.

Ah the great 90s HWs. Back when 45 year old Foreman got the title by KO and at 49 was robbed by Briggs.
