you have to be at least 25.

you have to have at least served 2 years in the military.

you have to be currently employed and have been paying taxes for at least 4 years straight.

but still. in a normal ar-15 frame. not no roided up ar-15 designed to handle 7.62mm nato.

.308 caliber , 110-125 grain bullet , 2400 or so feet per second

that'll get the job done.

like an ak-47 7.62x39mm power but smaller , lighter case , fits an ar-15.
