Overeem is listed as 6'4 but he is 6'3 at best, Werdum was actually a inch taller.

Because he only became a big house name since 2008. He has a contract with Strikeforce which he signed in 2007. So there is nothing he can do about it, he can't fight in the UFC when he's under contract with Strikeforce. Plus, Strikeforce allows him to fight overseas too(K1 & Dream) which is why he is so active fighting as many times as 6-8 per year unlike fat ass Brock ect.

If he wins the tournament, he will fight the UFC champion it's confirmed. He will go to the UFC as soon as he's done the grand prix.
