He used to take his fighters to working men's clubs and let anybody try and hit them whilst they had their hands behind their backs so they would have to slip/duck/dive/use their feet to avoid being hit. Likewise he only used to allow body sparring as he thought head punches took too much out of people.

They just don't get hit. Can you imagine a fight between 2 Ingle fighters? It would be like something out of Monty Python.

I know that he used to take his boxers to local prisons & let the prisoners spar with them. I don't think Ingles fighters could punch back though.

Of course, Ingle is pretty good at promoting his fighters so maybe there's not 100% truth to that story.
