  • Could there have been a planet between Mars and Jupiter?

    And that could be the explanation of the asteroid belt? I'm watching Cosmos right now; did I a quick google search and found a couple of articles. Here's one:

    Us humans are from that planet. I read it on the internet so it must be true.
    According to some , that planet was called Nibiru.

        Yes the theory is that could have been a planet, but during the accretion process it did not form properly and ended up as an asteroid belt. There is a chart of our solar system that shows the distance between planets, and I believe in that area another planet should have formed.

        You should take a class in astronomy, you'll enjoy it and learn a ton of cool ****.

          Yeah I was watching a bunch of stuff on it and read some articles; that is a very plausible theory.

          Another theory is that Jupiters ATG snake like gravity crushed it early on.
