Breland was one of the best amateurs ever. He was such a can't miss prospect he landed a movie role before he even turned pr or won the Olympics. 21-0 (19) in the NY city golden gloves...probably the toughest golden gloves competition in the world.
People like to crap on his pro career but he still had a very good one. Not many have been able to live up to the type of hype he got as an amateur.
