Love rios's style but I think gamboa turns on the speed and would be a big mistake for brandon.

he's a guy begging for acceptance, in other words.. A fanbase... It's not hard to see why he's so jeolous of victor ortiz saying he's not a real Mexican fighter... Having grown up in east Los Angeles I can tell you this cases like rios (wannabe mexicans) were not rare

Wow i hope he fights both, love watching Rios fight, not impressed with Murray as an opponent so i hope he steps it up after. But he needs an easy win cause Gamboa and Maiadna will both beat him

Maidana-Rios would be amazing.

I'd need to see Gamboa move up before I have any real hype about him fighting Rios. That just seems like a big guy kicking the crap out of a smaller little guy right now.

Gamboa would probably lose to Garcia.. so I don't see him putting a dent in Rios. Yuri is small guys, really small.. and has proven to be more of a front runner as of late as he looks noticeably different going late in fights. Salido gave him a damn good scrap once the fight went past the 6th.. that's all I need to know about how him and Rios would play out. He'd be carrying more weight, probably fatigue faster. No telling if his power comes up with him. Rios outsizes him and outworks anyone he's ever fought by far and has power he's never felt before.

IMO it's a mismatch in favor of Rios until proven otherwise.
