Also bought some bloodworms, and frozen mysis shrimp for my Shrimp.

I got one of those and man they are hard to close. I got the weakest one too, the only problem is it rips up your hand, do you use gym chalk?

Those are great for gripp strength but if you want the muscles to grow also add this to the training one of those really burn up those forearms.

Forearms dont need much training only do them 2 times a week
