We all know that it varies from state to state.. Most of (the few) blacks in Mexico are from Veracruz and Guerrero like El gusano rojas..

There the states that have the more significantly europeans like many norhtern states.


I will focuse on Michoacan, here are some examples

Nueva Italia, Michoacan got its name because the first owners of the town came from Italy.

But I know for a fact that some of the first settlers were slaves along with the native indian...

Obviously Mexico doesn't have many blacks,, just look at our fighters they are either mestiso or white.. Compare our fighters to the fighters of Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia...

Mosst fighters of Puerto Rico,Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Cuba are black.

Mexican, Nicaraguan and Argentinian fighters are the ones who are mestiso or white.


I am not saying that is wrong to be this or that because it is not, we don't choose how we look or what we are but the fact is, Mexico is predominantly mestiso and white compared to the rest of Latin America

Thank you for this post. I am watching them all now. I have always known about Blacks in Mexico and South America for a long time from books and the internet. But it's nice to now have a visual of what's going on.
