Cracks me up how revisionist historians try to place the label of prime on a fighter who completely changed his body type. 1960's Ali doesnt last with Foreman and drops a ton to any legit HW with punching power. You can dance all you want, but if you got no chin it wont matter. Henry Cooper was the size of Joe Calzaghe when he fought RJJ btw when he pounded Ali into submission and made him cheat to pull out a victory.

Wlad is 37 years old. He has had 64 pro fights. How many pro fighters are in their prime at 37 years old or 64 fights. Lennox Lewis had 20 less fights and was the same age when Vitali retired him.

Also how anyone can say X would have KO'ed povetkin is a joke. Povetkin had never been knocked down before in his career. Wlad knocked him down with a 6 inch left hook.

Again, I think Wlad respected the guy too much. I also think Manny would have yelled at Wlad to throw. People who dont understand boxing and distance will complain. But when you are 6'6 with long arms and get off first and the boxer is 6'4 and goes under your waste. You can either A. turn your back to him. B. Grab and clinch as he is lower than you. C. Wobble backwards quickly or D. get hit to the body, headbutted or uppercut.

Super heavies are going to clinch. Its going to happen a lot. Yes Wlad does it to protect his chin. He also does it though because of spacing and lack of desire to fight off the back foot. A fighter goes low on Vitali and he backs up and throws. Same with Fury. Its tough being a big guy on the inside because of spacing.
Lewis stepped up early.. Wlad stepped up late. Hence why Lewis had a lot less fights you stupid moron.

Lewis was fighting in a top 4 tourney by his 2nd year as a PRO.. If Lewis was fed Ukrainian *****s for his first 40 fights.. he will be 40-0....

Lewis also had Vitali looking like ***** jina.

Lennox Lewis have defeated every man he's ever faced. Brutally avenging his two defeats.
Lennox Lewis 14-0 againt 6'4+ Fighters.
Lennox Lewis have beaten 22 Fighters 230+ Pounds. Giant Slayer Lennox.
Lennox Lewis have beaten the largest collection of big punchers in Human History
Shot Corpse Lewis stopped Prime Vitali in 6 rounds. He would have KTFO out Vitali in 7th.
Lennox Lewis unified the HW Division, it takes TWO Klitschkos to do what ONE Lewis did
Wladimir walked into a Sanders left hand to avoid Lewis in 2003.
Vitali quit against Byrd to avoid Lewis in 2000.
Lewis don't give rematches to victims who's faces look like man jinas.

Any Lewis defeat any Klitschko, combination of Klitschkos, or Klitschko Fusion.

Lennox Lewis will dominate the Klitschkos and will dominate any era.

there is definitely a double standard when it comes to being a black american boxer. Especially if you have the fake wanksta belligerent ghetto persona.

if wlad was black and american he would have been top 10 p4p the last decade and would be beloved by the mayweather fan base.

notice how other young fighters with potential who are not black and not american are labeled hype jobs while black americans who havent fought anybody are called the next big thing and improperly put on ring magazine's top 10.

Americans called Larry Holmes boring and criticized him for a weak era. There's zero reason to think they'd give Wlad a pass for fighting the way he does. Hopkins is not popular and is criticized all the time. Most of Mayweather's attention comes from haters who think he is boring and want him to lose.

So Khan, Hatton, Pac and Canelo didn't just have the masses hyping them up

Last time I checked nobody gives a **** about Devon even though he is black and American

Only a handful of current black boxers get love

Fact is Wlad is loathed because he fights like a prat, he cheats, and he stinks up the joint, his skin colour has nought to do with it.

Fury is a much more exciting fighter, Chisora is a much more exciting fighter, so is Haye, even Price.

If Wlad fought like a beast he'd win a big following, but he fights like a big pansy and it's hard to respect that

Styles and rivalries make people gravitate towards boxers, Wlad has a nauseating style and his opponents are neither exciting to watch

I'd be surprised if Ali got out of the first round with Wlad.
