Roy Jones unquestionably. This isnt even a debate. All are fast but Roy in his prime is the fastest I have ever seen.

Problem i have with these threads is...........

Guys like Taylor did not throw with power, plus he also threw in combination which gave the impression he was faster than he actually was.

IMO you must take into consideration the power they are punching with, Roy Jones, Mosley, SRL and Pacquaio are/were knocking guys out with their speed and power.
