get a sesame bun, carve it up so you get 3 bits, and toast those suckers
get some light mayo, mix in a little bit of that thousand island dresing
chop up some lettuce and onion, put sauce, onion and lettuce on the bottom and middle bit of the bun
roll up 2 50gm balls of ground beef, with a little salt and pepper for seasoning, flatten them and fry 2 mins each side
put the patty on top of the sauce and onion, then put a slice of that lof fat cheese on each bit and assemble.

good meal for cheat day, healthier than the real thing and actually fills you up too.
