Battle of the swarmers

In a boxing sport where the rings are 50% smaller, the amount of rounds are cut in half to 6 rounds and boxers are penalized more for holding. Which boxer from the lighter weights, middle weights and the heavyweight division, in your opinion come out on top? And would it still be possible for some of the great outside boxers to be effective or even survive??

I would think guys like tito Trinidad, mayorga, tyson, Pryor, Marciano , Duran, chavez, would all excel
