        .

Played it too much when you know exactly where the ball is stopping as soon as it's released.

the driving age, cell phone use, particulars of gun purchases.

most of what you said, basically.

you need to stop learning about america from the scholars in british pubs and job sites.

There is a reason Vegas has no major sports teams. But I wonder if that will change now.

I can't imagine Vegas will ever have a pro team. For the obvious gambling/potential corruption reasons. And because they wouldn't be able to sell out a game if they gave the tickets away.

Vegas Sportsbooks make a killing off of UNLV games, though. They shade the odds in favor of the team playing against UNLV, and then tourists pour in and bet on UNLV because a team from Las Vegas couldn't POSSIBLY lose against the spread when you're in Las Vegas betting on a Las Vegas team at a casino in Las Vegas.

I've spent a significant amount of time in South Carolina I witnessed the absurdity with my own eyes . And yes they did have guns you could buy in Walmart.

You can buy rifles at Walmart. Not hand guns.

You can't drive at 15. You can get your permit at 16.

Most places, using the cell phone while driving is "against the law" but it's not really enforced.

Walmart is not a supermarket. it is the largest retailer on the planet, selling much more than groceries. it's classified as a "department store."

south carolina's gun laws are largely regulated by south carolina. same with its rules about driving, cell phone use. you cannot make sweeping generalizations about american gun control based on your tenure in a single, extremely conservative state.

i'd guess that you probably don't even know what i'm talking about right now.

You lost me when you started using big words like 'classified' and 'generalisations'
