Helenius looks in shape, he appears more muscular.

Lyakhovich is too big at the waist - he's still 10-15 pounds over his ideal weight.

well, at least Helenius is in pretty good shape.

      Everyone else should be lighter.

well, another Helenius KO. I look forward to Rob getting a title shot.

Helenius looks good, the rest look so-so. You can tell who thinks he has the most to gain here.

            But it's not a body-building contest.

Holyfield is nearly 50 and in better shape than any of these guys.

He did. Looked pretty solid. Povetkin on the other hand came in at a career high and looks soft in the stomach and chest. Guy is a moron.

ahh thanks man. . . yeah he does look solid. he doesn't have the vascular lean, muscular build like wladimir, but he's a BEEFY, muscular dude. his hands are ****ing MEATY! like big ole suitcases. . . oh yes, what is the preferred spelling for liakhovich's name? Siarhei? or Sergei?

not necessarily. . . lower body fat doesn't always equal better cardiovascular fitness and overall conditioning. . . it's all genetic. . . . but yes he does have a more "aesthetically desirable" build. . . . and he's in
