Eastwood's been kinda hit or miss lately.

Unforgiven and Mystic River are undeniable classics. He hasn't really made anything since Iwo Jima and Flags of Our Fathers that I thought was real good.

This looks like it could be good though.

Gran Torino was overrated

Million Dollar Baby was overrated but good, and also way back in 2004

Changeling was meh IMO.

Flags of Our Fathers and Letters from Iwo Jima were great though.

This one looks a lot better than Jarhead, which I agree was a shite movie.

Million Dollar Baby and Changeling were great movies. Gran Torino was okay.

Changeling....meh didn't see what the big deal was coming out of Cannes.

Million Dollar Baby was good, but way overrated. Just my opinion. Gran Torino was just Okay like you said, but was being heralded as a great movie for some reason.

Back to Million Dollar Baby......was good but I thought Hotel Rwanda, Sideways, and The Aviator were better that year.

Anyways.....just pointing out that Eastwood has been hit or miss LATELY.....

J Edgar, Invictus, Jersey Boys, Hereafter, etc.

But this looks good.

To me.....Unforgiven, Mystic River, and Letters From Iwo Jima are his best director efforts.
