Pacquiao would clearly have the speed but Tito would have the strength advantage. I think pacs footwork could carry him into the later rounds but he would get busted up. pac would make titos face look like he was in a knife fight. anyways i cant think of a clear cut winner in this fight. i think tito could definitely knock pac out but i think pac would win a decision. anyways knowledgable peeps my cup is empty. dasmint i meant pac in the title my bad jokes deserved.
