I have added tags to signify my own opinions on this thread lol Mayweather is the most overrated fighter in the history of boxing. No one can convince me different.

I think Napoles being ranked higher than Mayweather at Welterweight is quite the common opinion.

Napoles would be a nightmare for floyd,,,

His nonstop motion and crisp punches would be too much,, there really isnt a guy around in this era that could fight as well as napoles... He was poetry in motion, nonstop motion but unlike a paul williams or kirkland, he had great technique

mantequilla had 13 successful title defenses at 147 floyd has 6.

if floyd defeats maidana and closes the nextn three fights at 147 then they would be even at 147.

tito trinidad had 16 successful defenses

                  sweet pea 9

                  oscar 7

                  shane mosely 3

floyd is in good company when you look at his 147 legacy. if he can close the show with three more defenses he will be talked about as a legendary welterweight. 10 title defenses over an 8 year reign in his fourth weight class. very extraordinary.

Rightly or wrongly, I tend to look at all this stuff through the "P4P" lens...

I don't see it...what other atttributes does he possess that would trouble Floyd?

For me, it's really difficult to go against a guy who has seen it all and never lost.

                      Sorry,
