It seems the un-educated on here think the the newer the fighter the better he is.

Every great fighter from the 90s is better then ever worse fighter from the 00s and every great fighter from the 80s is worse then every great fighter from the 90s and every great fighter from the 70s is worse then every great fighter from the 80s and so on.

I think it is because the more great fights you have actually seen of the fighter make you think he is better then the guy you have seen poor quality, out of prime or no footage of.

I think everyone wants to be able to say they were there for the greatest fighter or era, so gives there era's best more credit than it may deserve sometimes
