The ones in Sri Lanka have had over 20 yrs of on/off civil war to hone their skills, BOPE, isreal they all police crazy ****d up situations

spetsnaz in Russia wasn't mentioned, they have to be up their too, there is a counter-terrorist branch within them called Alpha Group, in 1985 in Lebanon some Russian diplomats were taken hostage, the Alpha Group was sent in, they identified the kidnappers, i.d'd their families, kidnapped ther kidnappers families and started sending the terrorists body parts of their family members, telling them that it'd continue untill the Russian diplomats were returned unharmed....................needless to say no other Russians were kidnapped in the middle east again untill 2006 in iraq
