Russia doesn't care about helping the world, although I am sure it views ISIS just as much of threat. The reasoning behind Russias air fields and military stations in Syria is to take out Assads rebel enemies, who might or might not be ISIS, and if they are part of ISIS then its a huge bonus for Russia because then the dimwits (Also Russians) on this forum and elsewhere get to praise Putin.

As for Russia, their priority at the moment is not the elimination of ISIS, its consolidating the strength and support of Assad, and if they have to kill some ISIS members along the way to make that happen, then better for them, but lets not create threads with misleading title captions about Russia setting out to do a world a favor.

It isn't their priority? Do you understand that Isis is in control of a large portion of Syria? And that they are not about to hand it back over to Assad without fighting/dying for it?
