This post makes no sense. Just because its a small town if that gang was really doing that much work they'll get notice. And not all gangs are from Cali but that's where it originated, its what most gangs in different states try to imitate.

Not really Richmond is a small city back in the 80's we had the highest per capita murder rate in the country or atleast one of the highest but of course you still hear of NY and other big cities over Richmond.
