  • OK let's settle this once and for all

Which is the best recent decade? We have seen the youngsters come out for the 2000's and 2010's. We have seen the 30 somethings come out for the 90's and us older folks come out for the 80's.

So which is the best decade for music, pop culture, technology, movies, sports stars and teams etc....

    Lets decide.

    The 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's or 2000's, or 2010's?

I'm going to start with my vote on the 70's for the music alone. R&B, Soul and Rock were unmatched in this decade.

We could have done without the bell bottom pants and polyester suits but hey, they couldn't be perfect.

For me, the 90's. The best football (soccer) and Playstation.

Yes the 90's is where it all came together. Technology, music, everything. The only drawback was baggy pants here in the states. Other then that the 90's was a golden time

          The 90's were the best.

We got 2Pac, Biggie, Nas, Jay, Em.....ALL within the 90's.

          Goodfellas
          Pulp Fiction
          Casino
          Reservoir Dogs
          Saving Private Ryan
          Seven
          Fight Club
          The Full Monty
          The Silence of the Lambs
          Heat
          Boogie Nights
          Magnolia
          The Fisher King
          Fargo
          The Big Lebowski
          A Few Good Men
          Malcolm X
          American History X
          The Shawshank Redemption
          Good Will Hunting

Also The Sopranos came out in the 90's.The Simpsons though it came out in the 80's, it peaked in the 90's IMO. Fresh Prince was 90's. South Park came out in 90's.

I thought the 90's was dope.

im gonna go with the 90's.

i was born xmas day 1990 so i am old enough to remember it but too young to have fully appreciated it. i hate this day and age, its not for me. hate all the social media crap (im the only person under 25 i know who never bothered getting FB, twitter, instagram or any of that. i feel 99% of the **** people take pictures of and videotape is a complete waste of time. i hate how soft people are in this day and age too, yet how they all act so hard. i hate how fake people are as well. i understand that there have always been fake people and ******* around but for some reason i feel like there are more of them in my generation than any other.

besides music and movies were great in the 90s. the only thing i would want to take with me if i could go back would be next gen consoles and i guess some new cars i couldnt afford anyways.

Got to go with the 80's.

Just so many great memories as a little cub growing up. The toys, movies, cartoons, games, sports, music.

I'm a little kid trapped in a wee mans body, so I go back a lot to that era. Pretty much sums it up.

To them other sucka ass eras, 80's are telling you to come catch this fade, bluh.

For me, it's a tough call between the 80s and 90s. I feel that the 80s were stronger in the areas of television and fashion/excess, but the 90s dominated in the areas of video games and pop culture.

As far as films and music go I think they're both pretty well matched, but neither is as awesome in the music department as the 1970s were.

                I can't decide.

in the mid to late 80's I discovered my step father's **** collection that's when I became a professional :wank: once the 90's arrived I was getting to second base :boobies: with the girl next door on a weekly basis then by the time high school began having sex was my addiction I didn't discriminate, skinny chicks or heavy hitters I was getting ass that's all that matter

movies and music I enjoy both from the 80's and 90's so if I had to choose it will be the 90's just cause the the ass
