For manny, I thought he was a tornado at 130 and below but not really that technical or smart.. After morales 1, manny realized he couldn't just be the jab, jab, straight left one dimensional fighter.. From then he really developed his in and out style and improved his ring generalship and right hand..
Manny 2006-2010 was manny at his peak prime IMO... Morales 2- margarito
As for barrera and morales primes..
I believe both to be prime from 99/00 to about 2005..

The surgery, known as a craniotomy, took place after Barrera's second bout against Junior Jones and was related to a congenital defect; not the fight itself. Barrera's skull was opened, an abnormal vein was removed, and a metal plate to protect the area was affixed with screws inside his skull.
yea lets just ignore this right

All were legit wins for Pacquiao except the second Morales fight imo, Morales coming off a loss and down in weight put him at a clear disadvantage. People also won't forget that the first Morales fight is probably the only fight around that time where Pacquiao took a blood test close to fight night and he lost.

You can be out of your prime and still be a very good fighter, even elite caliber..
Lennox Lewis
Ali
Hopkins
Floyd
Manny
Barrera in 05/06
Marquez
Duran
Toney
Their is a huge difference between being shot and being past prime
