It seems Wlad really does not want to fight Pulev. Time to vacate Wladdy.
    Money talks.

From Wlad's point of view, unification > Pulev. Pulev isn't an attractive proposition - he brings nothing commercially and doesn't hold a belt.

Ok, if this happens, let's say Wlad wins, gets the WBC belt, fights Pulev next to honor his mandatory and in the meantime Wilder can fight the winner of Jennings-Glazkov if that happens, or another decent name, if he does do that, he will at least be more realistically deserving of his mando shot and Wlad can defend against him after dealing with Pulev.

      Could be like:

Wlad - Stiverne: for the WBC belt
      Wilder - Glazkov/Jennings: to solidify a WBC No.1 Contender
      Wlad - Pulev: IBF mandatory
      Wlad - Wilder/Glazkov/Jennings: WBC mandatory
Pulev - Stiverne: fight of the losers to get back in the mix
Pulev/Stiverne - Wilder: winner of this could fight Povetkin/Charr

Good match-ups to be potentially made.
