i have to believe that it is mayweather holding things up, he's the one that wants everything his way and his way only. we all know that mosley is willing to do anything for a high profile fight and will take any high profile fight payday, even if his cut is on the low side between the two combatants.


a fight that is right there and ready, and should be whipped up with ease, is now in this long stretched out negotiations all the while mosley has been trying desperately to get floyd in the ring and even beyond that, mosley is trying to get paid. mayweather is trying to get paid but he's trying to win the lottery on one fight.
if floyd did get a 40 million dollar payday, he would retire again right after the fight, and that is what he's trying to do........... mayweather isnt trying to fight anyone to build anything up, he's trying to cash in and get out again.
mosley on the other hand knows that isnt an option for him and he is going to have to fight two to three more fight before he's comfortable and ready enough to retire.

you know mosley is waiting and thinking " c'mon floyd, sign the dotted line " and floyd is trying to get everything in his favor again regardless of the fact that it can squash the fight, again......
