Well, he definitely looked the worse for wear after the fight!! Haha, he talks like a fruit-loop at the best of times, DeGale was halfway up queer street I think!!

He didn't say Jack was a light heavy, he said he's moving there. Jack is saying he can't make weight anymore, but when Gray asked him if he would do it again at 168, Jack said "if it's a rematch, yeah."

He said that because he knew what Floyd said had a bad look to it. He already looked 5-10lbs heavier than DG. At LHW that weight advantage goes up to 10-20lbs on the night.
I had DG putting together the better combos, better foot work but he couldn't shift Jack. Now we know why.

Mercante should've deducted 2 pts from Degale for deliberately spitting out the mouthpiece. . I remember Diego Corrales doing that and getting penalized and he was hurt far more than Degale was. . incompetent ref.

If scoring by hitting gloves and forearms, DeGale won. Lol. Jack cleaner and more meaningful punches. And DeGale thinks he can beat GGG he would get killed...
But seriously...the ref messed up. He should have taken a point away for the mouth piece in the 12th. He gave DeGale a final warning in his corner after the second time it was out. He dropped the ball there. Anyhow, overall a good night on showtime. Dun start to the year!!!

Good point, kind of forgot about that. The ref had given him a final warning. Did DeGale spit it out on the 3rd time though??
