    What is better or a quicker way to lose fat

    Would like to no as I don't know what kind of running I should do on the tredmill

    high intensity interval training: periods of intense work followed by a period of rest/active rest/less intense work

      I heard somewhere that long distance running helps to burn fat better than HITT. Don't know how true this is though. Do some research to be sure though. Good luck.

        It will burn more fat but HIIT is a lot more boxing specific.
