    Never knew that. Gonna give it a shot again. Do you take 5g pre/post workout? (Boxing days included?)

      I do a shake, but use whole eggs and egg whites more than whey,but I work from home as well so can prepare my own meals usually no problem.

      Shake usually has egg whites, whole egg, peanut butter, banana, skim milk, cornflakes or oats (oats is better but makes you fart like hell). Put in 5gms of creatine in the morning as well, but that is because I am trying to build up and concentrating on weights more than boxing now.
