I've barely eaten all week - maybe call it fasting - so I'm off to the local greasy spoon for a bacon/egg/sausage sandwich in... uhh, an hour's time.

Btw I thought pasta after a workout was a bad idea because starchy food results in the fat not digesting properly? That's what I was told, anyway. But whenever I eat pasta before a workout, I feel really sick during the cardio...
