                    If the intention is to shred it's more about what you eat than the training. Keep lifting but eat less.

                      I have been staying away from Pizza and the other fatty treats i love,eating a lot of Avocados Oranges Peaches Blueberries etc,bought a blender a few weeks back and have been mainly drinking smoothies for breakfast and lunch and eating skinless baked chicken for dinner.
