Do you think Oscar should have just let Schaefer and Haymon buy Golden Boy from him?

IMO Golden Boy wasn't only Oscar and Rich, and we don't know if his other investors wanted him out as well. bottom Line, under the previous structure, the company was recording record profits, now we just don't know what will happen. We do know this, Canelos PPV numbers are not off to a good start, but time will tell.
Good post. Watch them ignore it like the plague though.

You're just making **** up, fanboy. They're not "recording record profits". They're just getting by and was on the verge of going bankrupt. It all started with two fight cancelations in a row, the Pederson vs Khan 2, then Berto vs Ortiz 2 because of ped testing violations. Schaefer was furious at VADA and never recovered from there. As huge as the Mayweather fights are, Schaefer was there for ceremonial reasons. Reports say GBP was given a mere $2 million flat in the Canelo fight. Just enough for the nation wide tour. Mayweather would rather throw his money on strippers. Why do you think Hoya kicked Schaefer out? Because they were in a financial mess. It would be very hard to fix the damage Schaefer did to GBP.

Verge of going bankrupt?? LOL now I've heard it all. Pacquiao fans are truly something else. Give yourself a pat on the back man you made me laugh.

Hello, Danny Garcia. Guerrero was up there for a moment too, as was Broner.

Plus he has all of the entertaining guys to top it all off.

Right now it seems Oscar has luck in every direction from left to right since he took over the company. Whether it will continue to be so, that remains to seen.

I do think as long as oscar is sober, company is in good hands, and when he feels the urge to give in back to the dark side, he'd just make sure that there is someone as good or better than schaefer running the company.

That's just it guys, some people is so blessed with luck, there is nothing they can ever do to run out with it; --there will always be ample left for them no matter what. Maybe oscar is that way, will always remain lucky until the very end his cros-dressing life.
