    Froch Vs Groves II

Yes yes yes The fight is on 31 May Venue Wembley.

Run run the British are coming! This is to be a mouth watering fight that the boxing community deserve to see... Two real fighters warriors
of boxing putting it down in the ring for our pleasure.. I take my hat off to Froch for making this fight happen and working out a split that brings Groves to the table... An 85/15 Split would not of seen this fight happen for sure..

My first question is who is turning up for this one, And who is gonna take it?

What was your thoughts of there encounter on Ringside who seemed to have the edge???

I think Groves will do it this time I really do.

Got a feeling the fight will either be at the Emirates or Old Trafford... Forests ground is too small and Twickenham, Etihad and Wembley are all actually busy on that day (or in Wembley's case the day before).

I think Froch will be more focused and start sharper this time. He got stronger as the fight wore on in their first fight, and Groves seemed to get more fatigued, and reckless.

Im not sure if Groves can fight with Froch and hurt him like he did before. And if he does, can he sustained that level of performance for 12 rounds? Im not sure.

I think it will be similar to the first fight, but if i had to bet, id say Froch wins by TKO late. Him starting faster and tightening up his defence will be the difference.

I may go, depends where it is. Hopefully the o2.

Might be a cagier affair like Benn v Eubank II. If it finishes in a draw then...lol

I think Froch stops him late again, non controversially this time and probably behind on the cards at the time.

I can't lie after all the whinging and that Groves has done I hope Froch beats him from pillar to post.

A couple of years ago i'd been confident in picking froch but I think he might be a bit past it now.

I dont have confidence in either tbh

I can see Froch continuing to struggle with Groves's timing and speed.

But I can also see Groves still having stamina issues. And if he wants to fight more cautiously and not gas out, that in turn can let Froch in.

Froch is still strong... He can still make it -- as long as he doesn't fight Ward...

I am going for Carl again. He'll have broken-down what went wrong in the last fight with Rob McCracken and have a far clearer gameplan as to how negate George's speed and fast start.

Froch is often-viewed as one-dimensional - a Captain Caveman kind of fighter who relies on conditioning, brute strength/power and heart - but he's got a good track record of evaluating what needs to be changed and McCracken is also very technically astute as well. Second time round against Kessler the tactics were spot-on and the fight was convincingly won.

I do agree with Weebler that it might be more cagey for a while as both Carl and George know that they can hurt each other....but I don't it will be fencing all the way. At some point a fire-fight breaks out and Froch excels in these situations.

YEAAAAAAH BOY! This had to happen and thank god Carl Froch has done the honerble thing and given Groves, a man he clearly cannot stand and who is obviously a SERIOUSLY tough fight for him, another shot at him. Sure he had the IBF forcing it but plenty of fighters drop straps, Carl's fighting his mandatory. I struggled badly to pick last time and this time is no different but if u pushed me for a pick id say Froch..... late.
