Monzon was long, super strong, and super smart. But, Hagler would indeed be the best guy he's ever faced, and a left-hander to boot. Both encounter incredible trouble with the other. Monzon wins rounds on his physical advantages, Hagler wins rounds based on his ability to shift it into a higher gear.

Ohhhh Tough fight to call! I feel like its a distance fight for sure and just on a gut instinct i wanna say Hagler ftw but im not sure, Monzon was a big lad and he had that deceptive jab, hed push it halfway out real slow then snap out the second half quickly, it gave Benvenuti hell, he said it always arrived slower or quicker than u expected.
