Though as his legs deteriorated, so has his one punch power. But I still don't think Pac could hurt Floyd the way Shane did with single shots.

How is this even a debate? Mosley is a natural WW and the strongest WW in the division. Manny hurts his opponents because of his speed and combinations. Most of the damage he does is because he's too fast or his opponents don't see the punches.

I think Pacquiao could still KO Mayweather. I mean anyone can knock out anyone if they land the correct shot and at an angle where the other guy just doesn't see it coming and what not. So I wouldn't go as far as saying that Pacquiao doesn't have the power to KO Mayweather, he does. Does he have the ability to land the perfect shot? That's another question. Can he get through Mayweathers defence and land at will? It goes on. I don't think he'll come close to KO'ing Mayweather, could see him hurting him though.
