All you can do wit points is buy gifts
use for buyin gifts n ribbons, or pay people for puttin up cool links to helpful info/cool sht so they have more points to buy gifts n ribbons.

The points are basically pointless. They just help you buy sht to decorate your homies' profiles wit sht.
