How do you prevent cramps for happening when you run? And if your are already runnning and already have a cramp, how do you get rid of it fast?

something tht i have learned is to put ur hand to the side the cramp is on and lean over to that side.

Vitamin C helps alot..but im surprised nobody said STRETCHING!..stretch b4 hand..and i think you're talking about the cramps in your leg..in that case when it cramps you want to pull ur leg the opposite way of the cramp so it puts the muscle back into place..if ur talking about the cramp in ur side..mostly because you didn't eat anything b4 that..just have a banana or orange juice b4 u go and keep drinking water and youll never cramp
